I started training with Emily just before the first lockdown began and have absolutely loved all my sessions with her.  She has been nothing but encouraging and supportive and our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun as well which keeps us so much more motivated. No session is ever the same, there are always new and interesting exercises ahead and each session is designed especially for you so that you can achieve exactly what you have discussed. I cannot recommend Emily enough, she has such an infectious enthusiasm that just makes you push yourself that little bit harder and gets you the results that you have been struggling to achieve on your own. - BOO BECKETT

 


 

I signed up for PT sessions with Emily at the Nola Fitness Hub and am now on week 8. I attend 2 sessions per week and have so enjoyed my journey so far. What struck me on my first meeting with Emily was her professionalism and her desire to understand exactly what my goals were and what she could do to support me on my journey to achieve them. Each session is varied and the hour passes in a flash. We have so much fun but work hard together and I feel safe and secure in the knowledge that Emily pushes me to go the extra mile and yet completely understands my current fitness level and tailors our sessions accordingly. The gym is a bright airy space in a fantastic location close to the North Norfolk coast and has everything that is needed to provide great work out sessions. In addition there are changing room facilities, lockers and showers. This Gym really does have it all. Emily has created a safe, un-intimidating hub which is a pleasure to visit and has turned my need to improve my fitness levels into a healthy habit! - JANE BARKER 

 


 

I first started Emily's Tone up class just a couple of weeks before lockdown last year. I loved it straight away, having only attended Zumba classes before, this felt very different. The format targeted three areas of the body, the upper ,lower and core in a 45 minute session using bands and weights. Results began to show pretty quickly and so when lockdown started and Emily put the classes onto zoom I was delighted. I have been following her zoom classes for eighteen months now and feel so much fitter and stronger. Emily is a great motivator and is very encouraging. The classes are varied with harder reps introduced regularly so there is an opportunity to progress at your own speed. I have also signed up to her Subscription which is a weekly email with a video of a 30 minute HIIT class and includes a recipe, always delicious, healthy and easy to prepare. This really complements the Tone up class brilliantly and is easy to fit in over the weekend. For me the combination of the Tone up class and Subscription dovetails into my life perfectly and I feel better both mentally and physically for doing it. - SHARON HOLMES

 


 

Emily has been my PT for a year now and has really helped increase my fitness and strength levels. My main interests lie in cycling and triathlon. I work and travel away a great deal and Emily has created training plans that I can do whilst away, balanced with PT sessions at her gym when home in Norfolk. Emily is fantastic at making the training plans work for you wherever you are, either in her fully equipped Gym at Nola or working with just minimal kit and bodyweight whilst away. Emily also offers remote online training sessions so that no matter where you are you can maintain your fitness goals. I can't recommend Emily highly enough. Her approach to your fitness goals is totally professional and thorough. She listens to your goals and is committed to help you reaching them. - CHRIS EVERARD
