GROUP PT
Group PT is a fun way to get your training session in. A maximum of 6 of you will be in the gym working on your own individual fitness goals, with exercises planned specifically to your needs, just like in a PT session however you are surrounded by the energy of others. It does not matter what your current fitness level is, a plan will be written just for you. You stick to the plan for 4 weeks, trying each week to improve on the last helping you get stronger and fitter.
These sessions are £20 a time paid for in monthly blocks of £80
Current sessions run on Wednesday evenings at 6pm - 7pm (with Emily)
A new session is starting as of May on Mondays at 9am - 10am (with Alfie)
