Classes

PEDAL & PUMP - (on zoom or in studio)

Unique to NOLA, you will spend 30 minutes on the spin bike and 30 minutes on the gym floor using a dumbbell and your body weight in this hour long class. A great class to focus on cardio whilst also targeting the muscles in your body for a full-body workout. This is the ideal class if you would like to challenge yourself, its fast-paced and intense so I would definitely recommend bringing your sweat towel and a bottle of water!

TONE UP - (on zoom or in studio)

This is a no-impact class where we use resistance bands, light weights, and our body weight to fire up the glutes, strengthen up the upper body and work out the core. It is the perfect class to do for all abilities, you work at you own pace throughout the class working at your own level. You can decide what weights you would like to use so that it is right for you.

SPIN CLASSES - (on zoom or in studio)

Spin is such a fantastic cardio kick. It is intense and sweaty but so much fun, we ride to great music, for 45 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of abs. If you are looking to improve your cardio fitness, or you just want to have a really sweaty workout this is a perfect class. It is also great as it is no impact, so can be a great alternative to running if that is something you struggle with.
